Management is a cruel game where we have to kill ourselves sometimes for other’s benefit and kill others sometimes for our benefit. Understanding the balance when to kill ourselves and kill others will make us a “Perfect Leader.” (Kill ~ getting work out)

Success is not achieved through the perfection in preparation of a plan, but, through the perfection in execution of the plan.

SOLUTION FOR LIFE TROUBLES – RELATIONSHIP

Few years from today, every people in the world believed that the problems and troubles prevailing in the society can only alleviated through money or material riches. They believed, “Because, money gives position, joy, peace, respect, etc. Earning money should be the ultimate objective of life.” Superiority in life was decided on the basis of the amount men accumulated. Society was discriminated on the basis on money. People even gave vent to fraudulent means for earning material incomes. “Getting something out of nothing” started to propagate in the society.

God got vexed about the attitude by which humans have got civilized. To edify and stir up human’s intellect, the infinite intelligence (god) incarnated on earth and planned to gift each family with a magical chest. The god exclaimed, “Oh humans! This magical box has the peculiar property to double material riches every month. But, with one condition, you can draw and invest only once to solve your life troubles.”

People got pleased in experiencing God’s resourceful blessings. With leaving sufficient resources needed for living, they invested rest of the resources in the magical chest.

Number of months crossed without single withdrawal from deposit. Because, the families had the motive of increased riches and they allowed incrimination of the account indefinitely for higher outcomes.

In the period of probation of the magical box, they tried to solve day to day problems without monetary factors. They contemplated “relationship and unity factor” as a solving guide to life-problems in the place of money. With new realisation, people experienced much peaceful life than what they had with money. Society reformed with harmony getting established and became renewed as an intellectual relationship centre.

With relationship as primary importance, material riches became secondary.

TENDER HEART’S GIFT

This was first time, a seven-year old child troubling her mother. She said arrogantly, “I won’t eat anything. I won’t do any of my homework. I won’t do anything, whatever you insist!” There was a strong confrontation between her and her mother.

The father returned after his work. The mother screamed, “Your beloved daughter has become so naughty, how difficult it is for me to deal with her. First, try to manage her!” The child being father’s pet, moved towards him and said, “Father, I will do whatever you command, provided you give me fifty rupees!”

Never before his child had behaved like this. Her intense action for sake of money was difficult to comprehend for this empathetic father. He thought, “My child might desire money for just enjoying ice-creams or chocolates. We can guide her, if she is diverted in wrong track!” So, Next day, the father followed the child without showing his identify, when she was moving towards the school. As the father thought, she moved towards the ice-cream parlour, but she didn’t go inside, but she approached a blind child begging for money near the parlour and placed fifty rupees on its plate. After expressing her noble action, she moved towards the school gracefully. The father who followed to teach, but was taught, by his child’s action. The father stood with pride on observing his child’s attitude and felt as if, an angel had born as daughter.

The child’s actions might be questionable but not her intensions. Great are men who live for others and die for others.

LIMITLESS EXTENSIBLE CORD – HUMAN COMPETENCE

His boss abused him before his colleagues, for his ill-professional performance. His manager has sought complete answer for his failures and failing to answer may result in elimination from his position. Deeply thinking about his future and observing his child’s activities, he was standing near the window to find a solution to his problems. His son’s activities attracted his concentration. His six-year old son was trying to move a heavy car parked in the garage. After several desperate failures and understanding impossibility, the boy stood before the car with hands clasped on his hip and challenged, “You have defeated me now because I am in first-grade. But, when I grow big and attain my tenth-grade, I will surely defeat you. Because, you can’t grow as I could!” This childish ignorant conversation brought a revelation to his problems. So, on introspection and he found the way to succeed his difficulties. He charged up with following thoughts, “At present, problems may overcome me, but in future, I will overcome my problems because as a human, I am manipulatively modifiable but problems cannot!”

Edmund Hillary, after experiencing series of failures in conquering the Mount Everest, challenged it before he receded, “I will return back and defeat you, because, you are just a mountain, you can’t grow anymore. But, I am a human capable of limitless growth.” With more talents acquired and directed preparations, Edmund Hillary dominated the indomitable.

RULE IT STIMULATES: Human competencies might reach towards infinity while his impossibilities tend towards zero. This idea is accredited by the capability of human’s envision beyond what he visions. With power of mind, he powers human life with his incredible achievements. Example of it can be found in men’s scientific breakthrough in space explorations, medical advancements, telecommunication networks, etc.

It triggers universal truth: “What is capable by one is still capable by anyone.” The factor differentiates super talents from rest is his attitude and character towards his objectives. Human abilities are limitless extensible cord determined by his thoughts and actions.

CHARACTER – ASSET OF LIFE

There was a cruel, animalistic natured human lived in a village with long list of sinful deeds like murder, theft, trafficking, etc. He lived in seclusion so that he might not be identified by his wicked activities.

One day, an unusual incident occurred. His door was knocked by someone. With fear in his heart, the thief opened the door. He could observe a serene faced motherly woman with tears in her face stood before him. Expecting help, she asked, “I have lost my son long ago when we went for an excursion. I am searching for him past 10 years, Have you ever observed him?” On speaking thus, she stretched her hand with a photo of his son. The hard minded thief asked, “How many sons do you have?” Mother replied, “Ten sons.” Surprised, the thief queried astonishingly, “What made you to travel ten years in search of a son when you posses 10 sons to make pleasure living?” The mother replied, “Because, he was the only good natured son!”

The mother’s answer stroke new emotional thunder in the hard cored human and became a new revelation about the honest, virtuous living to him.

RULE IT TURNS: Character is a pride of life. Just make a small introspection “What is the gain we attain in helping a poor man?” The intension behind such noble action is not a financial gain but an emotional gain. Character is the mantra portrayed in every religious scripture. One of the famous books on success living had a statement, “Talents will help us achieve success but character will keep us successful.”

Money gives position in society of men but character gives position in hearts of men.
